Great shop, great service, unfortunately the shoes I bought just didn't gel with one of my feet that has a repairing break, they were excellent when I returned them. They are the first place in Hobart I go for shoes, jeans and shirts, have done for years.

Fantastic service from Chloe and I would shop there again in a heartbeat, but I felt so sorry for the staff having to work all day in such a freezing store! I'm sure customers would hang around longer too if the heating was turned on!

So impressed by my experience with Allgoods! I ordered online as the boots I wanted in the size I needed were only in Launceston. When they arrived the fit was tight and narrow compared to my previous boots, so I called Launceston (Sebastian) to see if I could exchange them for the next size up. To save me time he directed me to the Hobart store to organise the exchange. I took my boots received from Launceston in the mail to the Hobart store and waited at the service counter. Darren came up to me and asked if he could be of help. I was only in there a few minutes. He was exceptional with his service. After a quick investigation he discovered that the boots I had didn't come in a bigger size, so he looked for the next best option in that brand and I was able to swap the ones I had for a much better fit and with a great review from him as he had this brand of boot himself and could recommend them from experience, which gave me great confidence as they were not a brand I had purchased before, but were a considerable investment. The team in Launceston and Hobart worked together to make my life a little easier and save me time and effort in getting the boots I needed. They have such a large range! I will certainly be back and will go in store in the future as it is much easier to get it right the first time by just heading in... Thankyou Darren! They are perfect!

I had such a great experience at Allgoods Hobart on the 18th of July! I was unsure of what drink bottle to get, and a lovely staff member kindly recommended a Yeti. She took me down to the register near the exit to make things quicker, signed me up as a member, and made the whole process super easy. Then the manager (or another staff member) started calling me by name, which made it feel so personal. Honestly, just amazing customer service from start to finish. Thank you!

I went into all goods to look for some blundstone gum boots and so happy that they are made in Tasmania , i was greeted promptly by a man asking what i was looking for as i was in the gumboots area i mentioned Blundstone and he asked the size and did not have the size i mentioned, which worked out well as i needed the size 6 anyway and i purchased them and he said goodbye, when i was leaving, it was great to be served by an efficent and a friendly man, i will be buying more things at allgoods in the future.
